RPM Independent Induction generator.

  • Available: NOW
  • Running any 480V 3 phase induction motor as single phase RPM independent generator up to 7HP. This can be wire as 1200 or 3600 single phase, synchronous RPM.
  • Optimum generating range from 5 to 10% of the synchronous RPM.
  • Optional controller to turn ON/OFF at specific speed.
  • Optional Smart controller
  • Projected options: To ensure your success you can rent, lease or purchase
  • Three Phase system -  Call
  • Renewable energy device may suddenly increase or decrease its torque resulting electrical spikes. The main cause to make the electronic components unstable and the fuse blown. Therefore the bridge needs to be tailored for each line of product and/or the line of selected induction generator.
  • Operational restrictions:
    • A cool down of at least 5 minute needed counted from the last last time the power turned on.
    • The induction motor are designed to operate at high speed, therefore its built in fan is ineffective to dissipate the heat; an additional fan should be in-placed. If one selects to use for wind turbine (of any kind) then additional measures need to employ to take advantage of the wind to cool the system.
    • Even though the faster the generator turn the more power it generate; however it should not pass 5% of its synchronous RPM. Over the 25% of the synchronous RPM the output starts to decrease.
    • Unlike hi-speed induction generator which achieve it named plate output at about 7% of the RPM; the RIIG could achieve twice of that output at 7% of the synchronous RPM. The reason is that during a cycle the hi-speed induction generator steadily change its state from motor to generator specially when the electric switches sign.
    • Theoretically 220/240V single phase motor works; however when it operates as generator the the pole to pole voltage go much over that tolerant allowed of its internal copper.
* The system is a fraction of the cost of the competitive (similar physical size)
** Unless one choose the high superstructure. other measure should be added to prevent injury or even death to passing-by human specially children  and/or animal at the same time they do not cause wind blockage(s).
